Neighborhood Master Plan
Secondary Access to/from Floyd Hill (e.g. to CR 65)
High speed internet access for Floyd Hill
Here are some of your homeowners association
activities in 2006:

Held 5 meetings (so far)
with a variety of topics and guest speakers

Administered an emergency
notification system where an automated phone system can be initiated to pass
on information to those who work out of the neighborhood.

Built & maintained a list of
resident's email addresses to facilitate timely and cost effective
distribution of community information (proposed commercial development in
the neighborhood, blizzard updates, lost pets, high school events,
)

Maintained a community web
site http://FloydHill.org.

Continued a road committee
to identify and prioritize repair, maintenance, and construction needs in
order to communicate these needs to CCC Road & Bridge.

Established a playground
committee and received approval from the Recreation District to use park
space for a new playground.
