The Floyd Hill Area Property Owners Association has arranged a Plant Seedling Trees Program:

Diversify the tree species on your property to replace trees killed by mountain beetle, and protect your landscape from future epidemics.

Order healthy tree seedlings, grown by the Colorado Extension Service and sold by the Golden 4-H as a fund raiser.

Seedlings will be delivered to you on April 19th. 

Make checks payable to "4-H Trees"  Include 4.6% tax.

Bare root trees sold in lots of 50 only: $36.00 10-30" high: 

Caragana, Cotoncaster, Chokecherry, Lilac, Native Plum, Sumac, Sand Cherry, Nanking Cherry, European Sage, Woods Rose, Buffaloberry, Golden Currant, Mountain Mahogany, Red-osier Dogwood, N.M. Privit, Wax Currant, Green Ash, Hybrid Cottonwood, Golden Willow, Hackberry, Honeylocust, Lombardy Poplar, Bur Oak, Coyote Willow, Peachleaf Willow, Prarie Sky Poplar, Kremmling Cottonwood,  5-12" high: Austrian Pine, Colorado Blue Spruce, Ponderosa Pine, Rocky Mountain Juniper, Scotch Pine.

 

Regular potted trees 1.5-2.0" square pots  6-12" tall sold in lots of 30 only: $48.00

Small potted trees 4-6" high and 1" round tube pots sold in lots of 30 only:  $28.20

Austrian Pine, Colorado Blue Srpuce, Douglas Fir, Engelmann Spruce, Lodgepole Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Scotch Pine, White Fir, Eastern Redcedar, Rocky Mounain Juniper, Limber Pine.

Trees in bold are suitable for planting at the altitude and climate of Floyd Hill.
