Mike Chevarria motioned to start the meeting, Keith Briggs 2nd the motion.  Chip Rich called the FHAPOA Business Meeting to order at approximately 4:00 pm.

·        Road and Bridge Committee: (Pat Aiello, Karen & John Dobel) Pat Aiello spoke about bad road conditions and the need to get the county to be more pro-active.  Possibility to get CCC Road & Bridge at next FHAPOA meeting.

·        Community Wildfire Protection Plan Committee: (Josh Lewis) None

·        Neighborhood Roadway Safety Committee: (Kris Lee) None

·        Emergency Notification Committee: (Lou Montgomery. Jeff Hume, Paul and Linda Berteau) None

·        Development Committee: (Jim White, Mike Chevarria, Bob Mueller, Connie Staponski, John and Karen Dobel)  None

Old Business

·        Transferring voting rights/Mr. Burgess (no update at this time)

·        Neighborhood Entrance Sign (no update at this time)

New Business:            

·        Neighborhood Watch Program – Linda Berteau brought samples of new signs to replace old.  Neighbors agreed they were in favor of reinstating the neighborhood watch program and purchasing new signs.  Next steps:  notify all neighbors of new signs and replacing them, purchase signs, replace signs, send out neighborhood watch program, possibly discuss at next FHAPOA meeting in October.

Meeting closure and date set for next FHAPOA meeting, October 14, 7pm, at either the Firehouse or Clear Creek County High School (TBD.)
