Water Response Committee:    Jim White, This issue is quiet at this time.

Activities Committee:     Report by Kris Kinzli

Kris Lee suggested organizing a “Floyd Hill Recycles” week on Floyd Hill, bringing in dumpsters, providing suggestions for recycling, “free-recycle” resources and ways to dispose of hazardous materials.  Late Spring.

Community Wildfire Protection Plan Committee   Report by Josh Lewis

Currently looking at neighborhood maps and constructing a master list of mitigation suggestions from the current Evergreen CWPP and the Clear Creek County CWPP.  The last meeting had three representatives from the US Forest Service and the CCC Fire Chief was also in attendance.

New Business:

  • Nominations for new officers took place.  Chip Rich was nominated for President and Louise Heern was nominated for Treasurer.  Keith Briggs, Vice President and Kris Lee, Secretary, were both re-nominated for a second term.

  • Entrance Sign – looking for volunteers to help in designing/building a new entrance sign to the neighborhood.  Bottom of hill next to park in ride – to consolidate current signs and improve the overall look of the neighborhood.  Could be a multi-neighborhood project.

  • Brochures available on website – Kris Lee will look at making current handouts/brochures available on the FHAPOA website.  This includes forest service documents, wild life, emergency preparedness, etc.
