Floyd Hill is home to hundreds of hard-working folks who have gone to great lengths to live here, a place unlike anywhere else. We’re nestled in an idyllic setting, but we also strive to be an informed, active community who makes the most of mountain living.

Our HOA is managed by a team of dedicated volunteers. Membership is available for a small annual fee of $35, which covers the costs of maintenance and community events.

Clear Creek High School Parking Lot
In partnership with Evergreen Fire Rescue (EFR), the Floyd Hill Area Property Owners Association (FHAPOA) will be providing two dumpsters for FHAPOA members. One for the disposal of junipers and pine needles as well as one for general slash to members of the Association. Dumpster will be located at the High School in the dirt lot.
