The Floyd Hill Area Property Owners Association:

Offering community, resources, and events to make you feel at home in the mountains.

An organized, proactive HOA.

Floyd Hill is home to hundreds of hard-working folks who have gone to great lengths to live here, a place unlike anywhere else. We’re nestled in an idyllic setting, but we also strive to be an informed, active community who makes the most of mountain living.

“To take a proactive interest in the welfare, education, and civic matters of the property owners and residents.”

Be an active part of your neighborhood.

Our HOA is managed by a team of dedicated volunteers. Membership is available for a small annual fee of $35, which covers the costs of maintenance and community events.

Stay in the know.

The FHAPOA is committed to keeping its members informed and safe.
