About the Floyd Hill Area Property Owners Association.

The FHAPOA is managed by a group of volunteers, dedicated to seeing that Floyd Hill homeowners stay active, informed, and engaged so that they feel at home in the mountains. As our bylaws state, our goal is to “take a proactive interest in the welfare, education, and civic matters of the property owners and residents.”

Floyd Hill is home to hundreds of hard-working folks who found in our neighborhood something they couldn’t find anywhere else. We all enjoy the beautiful, natural setting of picture-perfect mountain living, and we are committed to safe, active lifestyles for all of our community members. That is why we are proud that the Floyd Hill Area Property Owners Association is well-informed, organized, and proactive, providing all of our neighbors with the resources they need.

As a top priority, the FHAPOA works to educate residents on the most up-to-date developments in water rights, land use, annexation, wildfire mitigation, and road closures. We also are particularly vigilant to ensure that any development plans at the base of Floyd Hill do not adversely affect our interests, safety, or water rights. Additionally, we are pleased to offer community events and opportunities to connect with neighbors and friends. Our collective commitment to these goals is what enhances the quality of life in the Floyd Hill Area.
